�� 完成報名手續後，如因不可抗力事故必須撤銷報名時，應檢具證明，例如生病、兵役、 交通事故...等證明；辦理申請撤銷報名，一律採通信方式。申請表格請下載下方撤銷報名申請表。
�� 完成撤銷報名手續後將依考生提出撤銷報名之申請時間，酌收不同之行政費用，收費方式如下表所示：
